Elevating Operation Workflow with GenAI Intelligent Assist

Security operators face immense pressure to swiftly investigate and respond to incidents with limited data and support, leading to resource strain and suboptimal decisions. Intelligent Assist is designed to address these challenges by utilizing Generative AI to streamline security workflows by automating triage, contextual analysis, and response management.

This prototype demonstrates how Intelligent Assist optimizes incident handling, empowering security teams to achieve faster, more accurate outcomes while reducing operational burden. By leveraging our existing design system and creating innovative new patterns, I designed a functional prototype that was showcased by our CTO during VMware Explore 2024. This prototype is now in tech preview and beta, positioning it as a key upcoming feature.

As a result, the customers were highly impressed with the strong potential of Intelligent Assist, recognizing its capability to transform security operations and streamline workflows. The enthusiastic reception underscored the value of our innovation, positioning it as a game-changer in the security landscape.
